March 19, 2010 - Day 8

Carne guisada for lunch at my favorite Tex-Mex restaurant in San Antonio - Tomatillo's. I have not found carne guisada in Dallas, except at Taco Cabana, which doesn't compare, and is hit or miss. Yum, yum, yum! Happy full tummy!
