Some of the plants out front look like there's someone running around attacking them with a hole punch.

    oh that's not good! lol. Bugs, you have an infestation. I forget which, might be aphids? Whatever it is will kill your plants.

    Not worried - the bugs are eating the foliage in the landscaping, not my plants (though mine might be next).
