Inspired by a friend's photo-a-day project. (Not that I need a reason for photographing whatever strikes my fancy.) Also, an invitation to more often observe and consider what unfolds daily.

Sept. 22, 1010 - Day 195
It's funny how much difference in color tone exists between the naked eye and that of a camera. The flowers on this crape myrtle shrub near our driveway seem to be a much deeper shade of violet as I turn in. Still pretty here, though.
