Sweet potato-carrot soufflé experiment #1. Our neighborhood grocery store makes a yummy carrot soufflé. I was so convinced that it had sweet potato in it that had to try it again, but I was mistaken, so I decided that I'd try combining the two. I discovered that the oven in this apartment loses heat, unlike the previous one, which gained massive amounts of heat. The result is yummy but has more of a custard-like texture than a cakey one, though that's not a bad thing.
